Video Stabilization and Enhancement
Hany Farid, Jeffrey B. Woodward
Dartmouth TR2007-605

Abstract: We describe a simple and computationally efficient approach for video stabilization and enhancement. By combining multiple low-quality video frames, it is possible to extract a high-quality still image. This technique is particularly helpful in identifying people, license plates, etc. from low-quality video surveillance cameras.
