Abstract:
 	This paper discusses some useful features for tools that are
 intended to be used for developing systems with multiple tasks.  We
 include a description of one tool that has been built, View-3.  We
 also describe some problems that might be encountered when trying to
 fit this kind of tool into an APSE system.
