About Me

Welcome to my webpage. I am a first year PhD student in the Computer Science Department of Dartmouth College. I work with Professor Lorenzo Torresani, who is the leader and founder of Visual Learning Group.

Curriculum Vitae (Download)

Research Interests

My research interests are computer vision and machine learning. I am currently focusing on designing scalable machine learning algorithms for tasks like image recognition and retrieval. But I am open to any questions and problems in computer vision and machine learning.

Education

I received the degree of Bachelor of Engineering in the Software Engineering Department of Hunan University in June 2010.

Projects & Codes

--The VLG Classeme Extractor

This is an efficient implementation of [Torresani et al. ECCV 2010] in C/C++ with OpenCV. The software is available now!

Teaching

Teaching assistant: CS 034/134 Machine Learning and Statistical Data Analysis (Spring 2011).
