The patch panel for the computer/telephone network. I did this work myself.
There are 29 cable runs to all points in the house, each using Cat5
4-pair cable so that it can support telephone, ISDN, LocalTalk,
10Mbps Ethernet, or 100Mbps Ethernet. (Or more). The patch panel allows
any outlet to serve any purpose.

The electrician and the plumber are remarkably organized.
