I am graduate student in the Computer Science Department at Dartmouth College. I currently reside in the Green Mountains of Vermont, approximately 100 miles south of the Canadian border. My research is in the area of micro-robotics, and MEMS (microelectromechnical systems). Our goal is to achieve micro-scale self-reconfiguration, among other with applications in the area information security. The dimensions of our micro-robots are on the order of 100 micrometers, some of our robots would fit on top of a slice of a human hair. My general research interests lie in the area of Physical Computation, such as through the paradigm of Quantum Computing, as well as optimization of complex production systems and processes (such as Semiconductor Manufacturing) through Operations Research and Discrete-Event Simulation methodologies. More about my research can be found by clicking on the Research tab above.
