Quick Release: When plucking, apply muscle force inward only until the finger has passed
through the string, then immediately relax and let the finger return to its rest postition on its own.
Don't force it back by applying muscle tension in the outward direction.
It may take some time and effort to learn this, but it is worthwhile.
