Hi! I am a PhD student in the Department
of Computer Science at Dartmouth College,
Hanover. My advisor is Prof. Chris Bailey-Kellogg. I
received my
masters degree (with thesis) in Computer
Science from Purdue
University (2001-2003) and my undergraduate degree in Computer
Science
(Bachelor of Technology, B.Tech)
from KL College of Engineering (1997-2001), Andhra Pradesh,
India.
My research interests are in the area of Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology and am part of the Computational Biology group at Dartmouth. Computer science can play a vital role in solving several critical biological problems and the exploration of this is what my research is all about.
