John Konkle's peanut butter pie Crust: melt about 1/2 stick butter pulverize about 1/3 - 1/2 packe of oreas in food processor add butter and re-pulverize. matt the crumbs into pie tin and put in freexer. The pie crust must be frozen before you pu tthe pie in, otherwise you'll have a mess. Pie: 1 cup peanut butter 1 can eagle brand milk 1 tub cool whip (left out to soften) put peanut butter in mizing bowl add eagle brand milk and mix till consistent fold in cool whip a little at a time (say a couple heaping table spoons at a time) our into crust and freeze -- an hour or two will be fine. Cautions: the order of mizng the ingredients is very important - it will flop otherwise. folding in the cool whip in small doses (not all at conce) makes a big differene to the final texture. as you know, once its warm it hard/sloppy to cut. I suggest cutting is as soon as you remove it from the freezer and putting pieces on small paper places - if that option is available. as you also know the hardest part is getting the first person to try it, after that it's a hit!
