Subhendu's research interests involve service management 
in intelligent networks.  Before leaving industry to join Stevens, 
Subhendu was an independent consultant for a multinational bank and he 
worked in network management for AT&T.  
He continues to work and consult on international issues in intelligent
service managment and will receive his Ph.D from Stevens in December.  His
M.B.A. is from McGill University and his M.S. and B.E. degrees are from 
Stevens Institute of Technology.
