Lecture notes from today have been posted at

with in-class code examples in 
  examples/Proximity and examples/Compass.

We will be using the X-hour on Tuesday this week, at the regular place
and time.

We'll be switching to Slack for lecture notes and other course
announcements, because Microsoft's cloud email continues to pose
problems for class list mailings. Please make sure you are subscribed
to the course Slack channel!
