Khan Academy, Coursera, Codecademy, and other on-line learning platforms allow teaching topics within and beyond STEM to a worldwide audience. However, the material taught remains limited by the communication medium. We are working on extending population-scale teaching beyond the computer screen and keyboard and into the physical world, allowing lifelong technology-enabled learning of physical motion tasks: a virtual academy of human motion.
